At True Grit Creative, every order is created with care. Many of our products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique, high-quality designs.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 10–21 business days. Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

While we work hard to get every order to you as quickly as possible, occasional carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced at no charge.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
